Service provided

Dig Stays acts as an accommodation booking agent for businesses arranging stays for contractors and project teams. We mainly source whole houses and apartments through our accommodation network. We negotiate prices against the location, dates, team size and length of stay, then provide the available options and applicable booking terms for approval.

Each search starts with the client’s brief. We confirm the accommodation, facilities, quoted rate and terms for that requirement before the client approves a booking.

• Site or compound postcode
• Dates, expected duration and weekly pattern
• Headcount, rooms and separate-bed requirements
• Parking, vehicle and shift requirements
• Kitchen, laundry, cleaning and accessibility needs
• Budget, project or purchase-order reference, and authorised contact

Approval, payment and changes

The client reviews the sourced options and instructs Dig Stays which option to book. Dig Stays handles payment to the accommodation providers and invoices the client, so the client's accounts team does not need to set up and pay a new host for each booking. Prices, payment position and cancellation terms are confirmed before approval. Credit terms may be available to approved business clients. Extension, cancellation and guest-change requests remain subject to the provider's availability and the terms agreed for that booking.
