Match the stay to the work package

For crews moving along the cable route, send the current reporting point, the next expected work area and the likely change date. We can compare staying in one property with moving closer to the next worksite. Confirm the accepted journey time with your project team.

For converter-station or landfall work, provide the actual access point rather than the nearest town. Include shift times, van numbers and separate-bed requirements. Tell us whether parking is needed at the property overnight or whether the crew transfers to project transport.

For shore-based staff supporting marine work, state the port or reporting point and which nights accommodation is needed ashore. We source houses and apartments; vessel accommodation is outside this service.

Before approving the stay, check the project's current road and access notices against the crew's reporting point. Include any diversion or site-access instruction supplied by your project team in the brief.

Agree changes before booking

Separate confirmed dates from likely extensions. Name the person who approves changes and tell us which project or purchase-order reference each crew needs on its paperwork. Extension availability and cancellation terms are confirmed for the selected booking.
